Seating position Make sure your keyboard is positioned to support your wrists, and your computer screen is positioned so that you can look down on the monitor. Generally, the computer screen should be 15 to 20 degrees below eye level (about 4 or 5 inches) as measured from the center of the screen and 20 to 28 inches from the eyes. We call this the “20-20-20 rule.” Looking far away relaxes the focusing muscles inside the eye to reduce fatigue
Make sure that the light in the room is comfortable when you are working on the computer.
Re adjust your computer settings and brightness- light emitted from the digital screen should not be harming your eyes. Digital screen illumination should be less and comfortable for working. Avoid high brightness of your digital screen.
Limit screen time Make sure you are aware of the amount of time you spend on-screen devices and try to decrease your dependence on smartphones or TV.
