It was founded and envisioned by Mr. I. Kumar, M.OPTM, B.OPTM, CFE(USA), FLVA(Madurai), MOH(Qatar), CCLP and Mrs. Shikha, M.OPTM, B.OPTM, CFE(USA), MMC(B&L), CCLP.
