Today was my first visit to the hospital. Though was new to place was easy enough for which Google search n map direction to locate was easy. As I stepped at entrance I was checked with the device for covid 19. Entered sanitizer stand to clean up our hands. Next at the reception warm welcome, to fill in the enquiry form. Asked to wait for consultation. Dr.Elankumaran, it was nice to meet . But all in mask conditional. Smile was visible in eyes only. Naturally it's a Eye hospital "Nava Shakti Nethralaya” Cleanliness leads to good lines.. Sparking. Excellent service for patient’s n maintenance appreciated. Thanks
